The weight loss is going well. I had a goal of 175 which i should achieve in about 2 weeks. But that was really just an initial guess off the top of my head. In fact i am aiming for minimal body fat whatever that weight is. I am doing 20 to 30 miles running a week and i have started lifting weights in the gym now but never the same day. I have increased my runs to 8 miles now so my weekly total should increase. I try to do a series of short 3 miler in improve speed and strength. I am also making sure i eat more protein at each meal including breakfast. I have had the odd glass of wine over christmas but apart from social drinking (rare now) i don't drink.
