looks so good and can't believe you did this in the blender! did u cook the ingredients first and then blend or chuck them all together, blend, and THEN cook/microwave?

I made this batch from canned pumpkin as it was late and i was just hungry and cold. You can cook soup in my blender, it takes about ten minutes from start to finish. It’s canned pumpkin, spices, bouillon, water and Greek yogurt. I’ve done it with roasted veggies, too. That would taste even better.

I did use fresh ginger, too. I think that makes a huge difference in a lot of things.
