Meal plans went well yesterday and I had a really good day in the gym. I was surprised that I have significantly lowered my sodium intake over the last 4 days and yesterday I sweated more than I have in a long time.
I plan to only officially weigh in once per week, tomorrow is the day. I do look daily and am really surprised in how much I have dropped this first week.
Hope to hit up the gym this afternoon to burn some calories.
