Hi, all you wonderful and unique people!
I've been down & out, battling the flu; horrible wracking coughs the produce yucky stuff, headaches, all over aches, fatigue, Zumba withdrawal. I tried dancing a few times, hacking into a bunch of kleenex, chest aching,; not pretty.
I unfortunately haven't lost my appetite, only my ability to prepare much healthy food, or resist letting peppermint or ginger candy soothe my throat, even the dark chocolate balls my partner gave me aren't safe from me in my quest to feel better.
A slippery slope. I think I've gained about 3 pounds.
I did make a huge pot of chicken noodle soup (whole grain noodles) with lots of veggies.
I'm feeling better enough to drag myself to Zumba Gold tomorrow morning. I hope :o) . I only have a month to prepare for my surgery.
