Fasting a.m. blood sugar 141; weight 166.9 (I expected that!) Breakfast: egg, bacon. lunch: Leftover chicken stew, applesauce with fruit and nuts in it. Grandkids were here all afternoon, so made popcorn mixed with fruit/nut mixture. Hubby has been drinking eggnog and I was feeling tempted, so I invented a low carb eggnog smoothie for my supper.
