I think I'm staying pretty much on track. I worked all day and it was too cold to go out to walk. I came home, picked up my daughter and went to the mall. I was gone about an hour and a half, but some of that was riding in the car, so I only gave myself credit for 1/2 an hour of actual walking. I came home to a very nice healthy dinner the second I walked in the door! Hubby said to call as we pulled into the neighbourhood and he had the door open and a healthy dinner cooked just for me! Steamed shrimped, cauliflower, and he mixed brown & white rice. Rice is adventerous,but I only had a total of a 1/4 cup of rice (not too bad). On another note, I bought "Kelp" tonight at "GNC." I'm going to see if that helps my thyroid. I saw the chia seeds, but they were pretty expensive (esp after buying Ugg's--LOL). Not sure about anyone else, but I ALWAYS get sick when I start a diet. Yep--terrible cold and sore throat. Uggg! LOL. Staying postive and doing this!

If you are feeling poorly - I find that soluable Vitmin C tablets with zinc helps. Makes the water tast enice (orange or raspberry) = only one a day though!
