Tuesday, woke up feeling much better than yesterday. I was in a hangover stupor just about all day, made bad decisions because of it. Ate too much in the evening. But today I got up early, took kids to school, rushed home to clean kitchen, treadmilled for 5.41 miles at 3.6-3.7 mph. And I am feeling much more confident today that I will be successful. I will not record my weight until I'm back to where I was on my chart. My chart will be pretty! I want only downhill movement recorded on there from now on!
I am now going to do some more heavy-duty housecleaning. And then I'll pick up the boys from school, continue the housecleaning, as well as helping them with their HW. I always am happier when I'm productive. I'm trying to get the house organized, throw away garbage, old stuff, and junk. And then, when, I'm finished with that job, which I expect will take me a month or so, I will get back to my painting.
