It's amazing how good I feel when I eat better and not as much. I don't understand why I put myself through feeling crappy when all I have to do is eat right and I feel so much better. Today has been a great day, I feel better and I lost 2.2 pounds this week and even went out Saturday night and ate and drank too much. But somehow I got right back to it Sunday which is not like the normal me but definitly better. Maybe my incentive for myself to lose this weight before the race in May is going to work. I am super stoked with myself and haven't been for a long time. I can do this!!!!!!
