Family Christmas today so I will be good but not perfect. I don't have control over the food options and there are once a year goodies that I will likely sample. HOWEVER. I still want my jeans to fit so I will rein it in.
BTW, made a keto broccoli cheese soup (4 net carbs/serving, makes 6) is AMAZEBALLS. Definitely doing that one again.
I'll be back to track food tomorrow but probably won't log the scale lol. Just honest.
