Day 19 - So happy to have broken into the 160s! Little nervous about the next 2 weeks because I’m headed out of town to spend time with family for the holidays. You know it’ll be tough to stick with my diet with family dinners every night! 🤞🏻
Successes: 1) Another double cardio day at the gym - 30 mins of treadmill running and 30 minutes of laps in the pool. 2) I walked almost 2 miles in the Chicago airport waiting for my connecting flight.
