Sigh... I'm feeling a bit down. I just took my measurements and I can't believe how big I've gotten. I almost want to cry but, instead I'm trying to look to the future where I'll be thinner, fit and happier. Urghh never again!! I never EVER EVER want to feel this way again. So bad.
