Can I blame on scales and getting new battery ;) Holidays kicked my butt. Here is to kicking the holiday gain. Some is bloat but I know some is actual gain.

I was up at 4:30 and started BL Wii program. We just got a Wi this year. I have to master and get used to how it all works. I do not have a balance board. can't justify the $100 in my mind. I plan to do it along with my Shred DVD which did well for me in 2009.

Ate ok yesterday. Tossed candy I found in desk drawer from before Christmas break. We had our boss' belated birthday so went to Ninfa's. Had small tortilla soup and chicken taco al carbon. Avoided chips and hot sauce and didnt eat rice. yesterday afternoon we had the Pina Colada cake I made. Had smoothie for dinner to combat lunch. Drank water, water and more water.

Here is to taking it one day at a time and losing one pound at a time. I would love to be goal weight by my birthday.

You can do it!! I know that the holidays really kicked my butt too, but I will get back on track this week and also reach my goal by my birthday!

the holidays are so hard. You seem to have your brain focused!! that is more than 1/2 the battle. Good food choices and exercise- we will get there!!

My birthday is in 9 months. I potentially could be at my goal, even at a slow loss rate. I have 36 weeks. I would only have to lose a little over 1.5 pounds a weeks to make my goal weight! Very reasonable goal if I can just keep mind focused. In 2009, had the weighing in at work to keep me focused. Once that was over, let myself slip. 2010 was just a free for all roller coaster ride. Can't do that this year!
