Started off well with Bulletproof coffee. A couple hours later I was offered some french fries and onion rings with ranch dressing from a local fast food and ate--exact amounts unknown but not a healthy choice for sure. Now way over carbs plus consumed unhealthy high heated carcinogenic vegetable oil. So now what? Fast? Sounds like an excellent idea. To be healthy I really want/need to self talk myself into better choices.
