And I've reached my goal😭❤️❤️❤️ from 101, 4kg to 80kg and I managed to do this while in med school. I'm so proud,can't wait to work on my 75kg goal.

Thank you guys, it took me 7 months to reach this point, I'm not on a particular diet I just choose healthier versions of my usual diet and I implemented intermittent fasting. We can all do this 👊

Fantastic and VERY well done! I have decided to do Intermittent fasting instead of calorie-counting as well. I find myself getting OCD about cals and that is not what I want. I have started to fast 16 hours a day and eating healthy foods in the 8-hour window. I will also do a 5-day water fast once a month.
