Diario de loosinisfun, 17 ene. 09

goooood saturday morning everyone !!!...warmer out this morning, but i have a sore throat...so just gonna try an get over the sore throat..its not as sore as it was last night..so mabye my body is fightin off what ever im tryin to come down with...dont have time to be sick..well guess i do since its to cold out to do morning walks, just hate bein sick...was on the scales but nothin to report today..it was down alittle .6 but i will wait till it hits the pound mark and make sure ..i dont actually record it for 3 more days so by then mabye there will be more to add to it...lol...got on the floor yesterday an did crunches an pushups and just stretched my body best i could..took mom to one of the local grocery stores...for a few items that i dont get at walmart ..mostly the meat ...and a few other items...if it was up to me i would get it all at walmart an be done with it..but she likes to shop around...i made a chicken rice veggie mix casarole last night..using cream of mushroom and 1 can of skim milk to delute the cream of mushroom...time before when i made it ..i used cream of chicken and i think it was better...seemed to be moisture...it was something different...had a little of that with my salad...still have alot of it left over...left overs are always better for some reason...lol...guess it will be another day of floor exercises...and if it gets warm enough might go out an bring the weights inside to use once they warm up ...be able to do a different workout the days i dont go to the gym...hopefully monday i will be able to head back to the gym an get back into that routine again...but at same time im sure my body needed some rest an time off from it...gotta keep my body puzzled...lol..well...gonna get up an head to the kitchen..need some water and fix breakfast..i do all that the nite before and put it in containers, so all i have to do is get them out..speeds up time i spend in the kitchen..lol..so..have a great day...catch you all later...

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

That's it! Keep your body puzzled. Muscle Confusion! I like the way you put that thought. Don't you just love the way the body feels when you work a new part of it? It's as if you "wake your body up." The only way to articulate the idea is to say that keeping your budy "puzzled" makes you feel more ALIVE - ALIVE - ALIVE!

im not feelin to ALIVE today..more like i just want to call it a day already..just not to with it today...hate to lay around makes the day go by slower...but just dont really care today...lol...

Aww, I hope you feel better soon! Get some rest, twin! Let your body fight those germs! I know what you mean about leftovers tasting better. There are just some recipes that taste better the next day. The flavors seem to "blend" better.

thanks everyone!!!..i feel alot better today..got my rest yesterday afternoon and slept all nite last night as well..so feelin great right now...
