I always knew being away from home would be difficult. The restaurant menu has little to choose from when you are lactose intolerant but add that to low calorie options then salads are the only option. Hopefully I won't have to do this too often! Miss my Dog walk this morning and my husband and my warm bed. Kept breakfast simple and small, was not tempting by anything else - I so want to do achieve this in 2014 - I just need to keep reminding myself!
