Hope you are well! I had a quick look at your food journal. Can I make a suggestion. Try to cut out the starchy white carbs. Rather use brown bread, brown rice etc. I have cut out white starchy carbs completely (my body just struggles to process them). I have not looked back, I can't believe how much better I feel and how much weight I have lost.
I like to eat alot of protein and it keeps you fuller for longer. Snacks included biltong and almonds mostly.
