Diario de loosinisfun, 18 ene. 09

goooood sunday morning!!!......something ive noticed..since gettin heathier, i seem to heal faster...woke up yesterday with a really sore throat an a little cough and alot of sneezin, but today the sore throat is gone and i feel alot better..so much so that im gonna layer up an go for a morning walk..yeap thats right...its 36 outside with a wind chill of 26...warm enough to finally get outta the house an do a morning walk again...bout time...i didnt do much of anything yesterday...just layed around and rested..took a nap in the warm sun that was shinnin thru bedroom window...felt great...sun kept movin though..lol..soooo...guess i will head to kitchen an get some breakfast...was on the scales, but nothin to report yet..didnt get all my water yesterday like i usually do..an im sure no exercise also has somethin to do with it...but am hopin to show a loss in 2 days again...so...have a great sunday!!!...catch you all later!!!

after walkin to the kitchen decided that i would do floor exercises and see how much energy i have after that...probly need to wait another day an start again monday on walkin...get all rested up today and then by tomow hopefully i can get bck to walkin again...

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

just came back from a morning walk, yeah i kno i was gonna rest up, but got my coveralls on an layered up, an thought il just go for a short one...well 3 miles later...lol..im back home again..an feelin great..an glad i went..just a few minutes into the walk it started flurryin..was peaceful walkin in the snow showers...just enough to cover the car windows an the road, but not enough to make it slick...

I examine your goals quite often! I think that there are many people who look at your goals and make them thier goals tooIn particular - Goals Numer 13 and 15 work for me. We are heading out for a four-mile cold weather walk! See ya!

we just had some more flakes fall...enough snow to cover the ground an i pointed it towards dlandrews and veggies yuk cause i kno they like the snow...lol..ut oh..i just lookd out an the flakes are gettin bigger again...guess i will have some extra calorie burn later when i go out an shovel it off drive an sidewalks...lol

yeah, make sure you get well rested before trying too much. I couldnt force myself to rest when I was sick and ended up being sick for like a week and a half long....as is im STILL a little sick.... feel better
