Fasting a.m. blood sugar 128; weight 166.8
Plan: Follow Diet Doctor two Week Keto plan.
Skipped breakfast, ate quiche, cauliflower, cheese for lunch, with trail mix. Ate tuna salad for supper. Snack of Trail mix, cocoa with powdered cream instead of milk, cheese stick. Ate a few more calories than my RDI so I did not earn any money for my new clothes cache. Did get my exercise in today. Bedtime glucose 106.
Macros 10/71/19; 1252 calories; fiber 9.0; net carbs 23.15; net kcals -1372

Any particular one of the two week plans? I’m sure it’s changed since I looked (and only looked) at it. Should’ve done them.

It's the basic beginner's two week Keto diet, but I add Intermittent Fasting to it by skipping breakfast and just eating lunch and supper, with usually a snack because my blood sugar drops in the evening. I suppose technically I am still eating three meals, but usually the IF fasting time is from 9 p.m. to 1 pm the next day (about 15-16 hrs. fasting)
