I think I am going to learn healthy eating so when I have lost weight, I wont go back to the old eating habits.
somehow along the years, I slipped into larger portions and snacking.

I know the feeling. I was given the same option 3 yes. ago. When I ran into the ER nurse a year ago, she was surprised to see me. She thought I was dead. I started at 260 lbs and am now at 155 lbs. Best wishes to you. I know you can do it and the people here are so helpful and supportive. 🙂
