What do you know! Eat the right things, get some exercise and the pounds come off. Go figure! Down 2 lbs. I'll take that. Finally back on track. Made the leap, joined the gym, and will be doing some classes down there, as well as working one day a week with a trainer to further my weight workouts. Can't wait! You're never too old! Now off to the occasional breakfast with my 3 1/2 year old niece. I decided today can be a cheat day without being a glutton day! Calories can stay the same, just different nutritional values. Pancakes for breakfast, light on the syrup, a fruit snake later, and a slice of pizza to watch the playoffs!
