Diario de loosinisfun, 21 ene. 09

goooooood mornin everyone!!!..was hopin to be able to do a morning walk, but not all of the ice/snow has melted off the sidewalks, so another day of going to the gym first thing and gettin a morning workout in and then an afternoon walk, might be able to get that outside since its suppose to be in the 40s today..not sure yet will have to see how it goes..my body is still fighting off whatever it is i have...thought i was over it, but i went to sleep last night at 7pm...was just wore out...slept all nite except for times i was up going to bathroom..then back to bed an out like a rock...i did get on the scales this morning...before anyone else was awake to put ther toes on it for added weight..lol..an its down again...so gonna record it in a few..i can tell it in my waist as my sweats even feel looser ...had to tie the rope in it yesterday alittle snugger...little by little down it goes...just got to remember to keep off the salt an keep eating what i put in the menu...long as i do the menu a day ahead, then i do a pretty good job of stayin on track with my eating..as i make my food for lunch about a day in advance so all i have to do is take it outta the freezer an heat it up over lunch...less time i spend in the kitchen when im hungry, better off i am...and for me that seems to work the best...well guess i need to get up an do a few other things before i get ready to head to the gym...so have a greattttttt day!!!...catch you all later!!!

addon...after breakfast this morning got really cold ..layed bck down on bed to get warm an went back to sleep..slept another hour..geez..so much sleep...got up put on a sweatshirt over tshirt thinkin maybe i could sweat out whatever i have...lost a whole nother pound from the gym workout, but will wait till tomow before i add it..figure it will come bck once i start drinkin the water...i feel fine now..will be happy when my body gets over whatever i have...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
