Finally back to dropping some weight. I have officially lost 46.5 pounds since October 12th 2013. Have been on a plateau for the last 30 days and believe that I brought it on myself by cutting back an my water intake. Since I increased my water the weight has started coming off again. Like it or not a lot of water is required to lose weight.
