Four pounds is a great amount for a first weigh-in. Most of it is water and when you lose too fast, you end up losing muscle too. We need the muscle because it's muscle that burns the calories (which is why men lose faster-more muscle). So great job! I am lucky to lose 2 or 3 pounds a month. You are doing fine.
