Diario de loosinisfun, 22 ene. 09

goooooood morning everyone!!!...already been on the scales...still the same today, but feelin thinner so might have to try on the smaller jeans an see how they fit...feel like mabye the scales will be showin another loss soon...but like anything you cant predict the movin of the scales...lol..i might of finally made up for the scales messup over xmas with the weight comin back off..an gettin bck down to where i actually thought i was all along...gonna go for a morning walk this morning...ice/snow melted yesterday with the sun out an it reaching 45...then a gym workout an then an afternoon walk inside..have been doing my crunches/pushups right before supper time..seems to work out better that way..i kno i been havin trouble stayin up till 8pm with all the extra exercise lately...but thats ok..nice to get the sleep and feel refreshed the next day...well need to get this body up an movin so i can layer up an get my over alls on to go for that morning walk...catch you all later...have a greatttttttttt day!!!!

didnt get a gym workout today, things just didnt workout for me to get up there when i usually go... but did get my morning walk in for a change an did an after lunch walk, an will do my crunches before supper again tonight..


MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Nothing wrong with an 8pm bedtime! You earn it! And getting enough sleep helps with the weight loss, so I hear. That's something I need to work on. Have a wonderful day, twin!

I understand completely about dozing off before eight pm especially since we are up before five am. My husband who "goes to bed" at ten but is almost always asleep in the recliner around eight. Like you - he has been exercising very strenuously lately so that tired is a good kind of tired. Also - his sleep is interrupted throughout the night with potty trips for himself and our dachshunds. Don't feel guilty. Rest time is valuable time!

just got home from my morning walk, was still some slick places on the roads an the sidewalks, almost turned around an went bck home but decided id just take it easy on the slick spots an made it home without any slips...hopefully todays sun will take care of those spots that are left...now time to rest for a few an then head to the gym...

I've been barely able to stay awake until my hubby calls at 9:30... I have been falling asleep on the phone but I think that we put in a full day and we deserve a break at night!
