Diario de loosinisfun, 08 ene. 11

goooooooood morning...woke up to the sound of the wind blowing outside..15 with a wind chill of -2...brrrrrr...makes me cold just thinkin about it...had already decided last night to take the morning off from the gym...give my body a day off to recovery from my workouts...i use to think that taking a day off would make it harder to return to my workouts...but now i kno taking a day or 2 off is good so that my body has time to heal and recover from my workouts...but it is hard to take days off once you get use to getting up an being out the door by 345am...and at the gym by 4am to get a workout in...sometimes makes for a longer day...lol...had snow flurries off an on yesterday...enough that i shoveled off the drive an the sidewalk early in the morning..just to get a short workout in and to keep anyone from tracking it in the house...also had to go to one of the stores to get a few things...so did some errand running yesterday morning...todays plan is simple...stay in an stay warm...lol...guess if i get bored i can always put on my insulated coveralls on an go for a walk...but hopefully i wont get that bored today....well since i took the morning off..might just crawl back into bed and lay an think about the rest of the day...no rush to get this day started....have a greattttttttt one...


MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!
11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

Hope you have a good day off today and find something fun to do. My days never seem long and I am always praying that these weekends drag so I can relax and get everything accomplished. I am up late this morning. Already 930 and I haven't done anything but drink coffee and read journals...Now that's what I call relaxing. Another half hour and then I will get to it. Hope you have a wonderful Saturday.. Been very cold here too..just loving my car starter and my god daughter bought me a seat warmer that just plugs into the lighter. Quite the luxuries and what a difference.

just got done fixing my food ahead for the next few days..i even mix my salads ahead in a large bowl an cover it...i make it as simple as i can..so im not in the kitchen thinking of different things to grab...as for the never gettin me inside if it was 60...i am an outdoor person when its warm enough to be out in it...right now as cold as it is...40 would feel like a heat wave...lol...

not really done anything today...even fell asleep on the bed right before noon an slept 30-45 minutes guess taking a day off is nice occasionally...lol...just a lazy day today...
