Diario de nelcorp, 23 ene. 09

Today is my first day starting the 20 off in 3 weeks. Although I added fruits to my diet, I am committed to stay away from breads, starches and sweets and only include fish, small amount of turkey and chicken (maybe once a week) and lots of veggies. I must admit I did not do my excercise this morning but I will do 20 minutes before leaving for evening engagement and 20 when I return.

I would like to see how much I can lose with my modification.

by the way....my knees are doing much better and this is the results of changing my diet as of January 1. To give you an idea...to go down or up stairs...I use to have to do the baby steps...step one bring the other foot beside it (repeat until I get up or down the steps)...NOW I can walk normal must most days.....I can't wait to see my results after this challenge!!!
