Diario de loosinisfun, 09 ene. 11

goooooooood morning....was gonna go to the gym, but decided taking 2 days off might be a great idea...its what i use to do when i went to the gym and then i would do a 5 day routine...so another day of resting an just being lazy before i head to the gym tomow...also decided to go in at 5am instead of 4am..one extra hour of sleep...and mabye stay up that hour at night instead of falling asleep as soon as supper is over...lol...scales are smiling on me this morning...and hopefully tomow can record it...tomow is my weigh in day...and im looking forward to it....just like im ready to get back into the gym and get back at it...funny how you get into a routine of exercising and when you take off you feel guilty and you actually miss doing the routine...another cold morning here...8 above this morning...stayed in yesterday and was just lazy...made for a long day...but was nice to just stay in an stay warm...did alot of thinkin about how i lost so much an then kinda got outta the routine last year...i thought i could just walk and keep it off...but as it got colder outside...i caved into a warm house and got off track of exercising...at first i felt guilty cause i wasnt faithful to myslf and then i told myslf it was just to cold to go out an walk...this year however...im at the gym ..inside...and im more focused an back on track of working it off again...and being faithful to myslf and what im achieving and sticking with my new healthier life style change...its all for me and being in the best health and shape i can be in....i come first....and thats all there is to it...have a greatttttttttttt day everyone...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!
11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

yea for you. you do sound so focused and it is easy to stray away. i know how you feel about not exercising..i feel the same way because whether we are exercising for health or weighloss exercise is healthy and pumps your metabolism, gets rid of that depression and makes you feel strong....awesome reasons to contiue. so happy you are enjoying it. now i have to start sleeping earlier i think that is part of my problem..lol i don't get to sleep until at least 1am every night and am up at 545...not enough sleep but i am a night owl...

thanks cathy...yes i feel more focused then i have in the past...i was up early enough to go to the gym today, but got to thinkin about how tired i was last week an only did 4 days in a row...so taking off 2 days is a great way to recharge your body and also good for letting your body heal from the intense workouts ...a big snow storm is moving in monday afternoon...so besides a gym workout might be shoveling snow as well...i use to hate it...now its a workout of a different kind...

Shoveling and being cold...2 things I hate lol not that I do any shoveling because I live in an apartment building...no garbage to put on and no shoveling...lol well I am getting up out of the comfort of this toasty bed and dragging my but to the tv to sweat up a storm. talk to you later loosin

H loosin.... I am glad to hear you are allowing yourself a bit more rest. I really just don't know how you could get up so early to go out into the cold to exercise. Brrrrrr. Are you working also [?] or are you retired. I can hear retirement knocking loudly on my door. Soon, I hope. I'm feeling much better now. What a nasty nasty virus I had. Never been so sick for so long. Well, enjoy your evening and the extra sleep. Keep warm loosin.

Hey, Loosin...I'm a Midwesterner now...Didn't you once say you live in Illinois or Indiana, or something? (Feel free not to say if you don't wish to.) It's freezing cold here in Iowa -- and I must be crazy cause I'm loving it (although I am told this winter has been mild compared to the past few) I think of those COLD, COLD weather reports you gave all last winter when I was in sunny California...now I've joined you.

lol...doit...freezing cold you havent seen yet...yes im in the midwest...yes i would think you are crazy to leave sunny california for the cold midwest..but sometimes moving is unforseen...and in the end it usually works out for the best...tnn...im retired...and i always looked at retired people as having so much free time...lol....really i feel like im busier now then i was when i was working...glad to hear your feeling better

Are you telling me I really am gonna need that expensive down coat I bought? P.S. "Retired"? What's that?? ( I think it means you could travel and play golf all day but choose not to.) Sorry (for myself) but I have to go to work now - boy, are you missing out! (lol) Have a great day loosin.
