I have not walked in a while sine I tweaked my knee after my hip replacement last year and then I went back in thae sad diet after meeting someone and giving into pressure to not be so strict with my eating habits (big mistake) had balance issues so don't walk outside much in winter but am thinking about getting back into the gym and I have things at home I could. e doing too I just wanted to focus on getting my eating habits back on track first now it's time to add in that exercise

download the app 7M Workout. its free and gives you a quick 7 minute exercise routine. it's pleasant, records what you did and you dont have to think about it. it has a beginner mode with easier stuff to get into the swing and then some other advanced stuff. its time based, so you just do what you can, how far you push yourself is on you. i use it and like it.
