Hi, Wow!! That is the best advice I could ever get!! you just made my day!! THANK YOU! I always assumed doing something like that would be bad for the heart? since it's shocking it? Is there such a thing as over doing it on the treadmill? I would love to be able to stay on for 90 minutes and then do 1/2 hour of weights. I know people say not to look at the scale BUT for a little woman 5'4 being 175 pounds is NOT a feminine feeling at all! lol
