What is your favorite most successful way you have found to keep yourself on track and your cravings at bay.

Mine: I eat a serving of chocolate every day

If I have the calories available- I'll eat it. If I don't- I will have a 5 calorie jello or try to make something sweet but with protein in it. Greek vanilla yogurt with PB2 (peanut butter powder) mixed in. It's like 21 prot and 150 cal- I think.
