Diario de SeemaR, 30 ene. 14

My body is different and while some others can consume high carbs and fats and not gain weight with increased calories - I AM DIFFERENT !
I am accepting that God has given me so many other blessings - such as the knowledge to understand that my body works differently, access to resources so that I can learn more, being financially able to afford healthy foods and the ability to move my body and become physically fit.

So I will eat for the rest of my life to suit my body type and lifestyle and I will work out for a healthier body.

I am a strong proponent of experimentation when it comes to diet and exercise. You find what works for you. There are some general guidelines but it comes to education and experimentation. I'm glad you're discovering your way. Nice work!

I love this journal entry. I agree. We are all different. Thats why this journey is so hard. I believe its why so many people fail and quit at many diets because they arent always what is best for them. Thats why there are so many diet types and fitness/ exercise program styles. I personally KNOW its why I have failed. We all have different bodies , different amounts needed to lose, different strengths and weaknesses. You found the key , finding what works for your body.
