✰GREAT DAY!!! Today is Tuesday, January 27, 2009. I've been trying to regain my focus and continue my dieting. I seem to be all right until the night. And when I slip, I just get embarrassed and discouraged and impatient; so I haven't been journalling or commenting on journals very much this week. But I am trying to switch things around so that I can be more motivated and continue the weight loss. I haven't weighed myself since my last weigh in. I'm afraid to.
It's almost 8:00 p.m. And I did my treadmill this evening, 60 minutes, between 5.5, level 5, and 5.6, level 6. I started late because I was helping my sister. But I did get the house nice and clean, which is good. So it's a good day so far. On my food calendar I just ate the eggplant meal; so if I eat any more tonight, I'll know it was after 8:00. Maybe I can stop at that. Whooo! This dieting is tough! I wish it wasn't my Achilles' heel.
Before bed I ate one more piece of bread, but then that was it. So total for today was 1261 eaten with a deficit of 717. Good day!
