Hi, everyone! I am on my second week in the Zone, and I have to say that I am so happy with it! I lost 6 pounds the first week, though I know that most of it was water weight, but my energy levels are higher, and already I have lost the taste for many processed carbs. I'm not even tempted by my old habits!
I am looking forward to getting to know some of you, and help support one another as we better ourselves together!
