Can I say that I hate this? The constant measuring, and counting? I'm not recording exercise as I don't do much due to my multiple health issues. I do plan on making more progress on that account, but one hard thing before another I assume. I'm doing good on my food, but the weight only slides off at less than a pound at a time. <sigh> I'm sure it will get easier, but I don't like it one little bit.
