im doing little goals on my bike too. its helped. I promise myself only two minutes a day. when I go over I get to be all excited. when I don't wanna do it at all, I only do 2 minutes. but I still did it! this works for me since I've had my bike for over a year and never used it. until 2 week a ago when I promised myself Little Goals, now I use it every day
