Gained some weight but I've got this. Starting to do 30 minutes on the treadmill everyday. Gives me energy to do other things I have been putting off. It will get me off the couch. I have been sticking to my plan for eating and Not going past 1100 calories per day.Sometimes it's hard getting to the calories I need for the day and still not losing. The only other thing I can do is exercising. Hopefully the scale will show that on monday.
