I have not been loosing so much this 2nd round this time. I have not been exercizing. I think that is the key for me. I just don't have enough hours in the day! I am sticking to the diet very well but not budging..... I know what I need to do and should do, it's just hard to make happen. I have a new bf who is very supportive and wants to help me every step of the way even though he thinks that I am just great the way that I am. When we eat dinner together, he sticks to foods that are on my diet for that meal. That is making it a little easier. That way I am not tempted to stray at all.

I was just talking to my friend and she said the same thing. For some odd reason the 2nd time around on the fatsmash you don't lose the weight as fast. I second that one cuz i'm going thru that right now, but I feel healthier. Your doing great keep up the good eating every little bit helps*
