You are doing very well. Loosing weight slowly is the way to go. You will be less likely to pack it right back on when you loose it slowly like you are. try having a meal a week where you have that yogurt if ya want it and some fruit. After you loose so much weight... you can do that once in a while and it shouldnt hurt you. Maybe give it a try and see if that will help you. But I agree... if Weight watchers or something else works for you and you can handle the portion control, then by all means do what you think is best for your body. And we will still all be here for ya!! :) You are a sweet lady and I would most definitely be there for ya regardless of the kind of diet you choose to be on. :) Good luck!!!
