15/3/7/3 2021/Feb/D Workouts/2021 Physical Therapy this morning. After 3 days off, I felt better, stronger, for the first 2/3 of the workout, then about the same after that. It showed burning 700+ calories but that seems high. Birthday of dead dad. Sad.
