I had gastric sleeve surgery this week. This new way of living is going to take some getting used to, but it was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Good luck to you. Be sure to drink your protein shakes, as it will help with the healing. Also, stay away from diet sodas, because they will stretch your stomach back out.

I know women that had gastric sleeve. Some of them had complications but all of them are healthy now and enjoy their new lives. They even look younger than they are! The only thing they have regretted for is that they did not do it earlier in their lives.
