Overshot my 20-hour fast by one hour, but this is what my first meal was: Honey lime habanero chicken, orange cauliflower, and deviled eggs. Also got a little carried away with the deviled eggs. The chicken had a nice sweet heat.

Super simple recipe for the chicken
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 TB minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 tsp salt
2 Habanero peppers, finely chopped (or more, depending on your taste)
Juice from 2 limes
Whisk all ingredients in an InstantPot, cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Let pressure naturally release for 5 minutes before quick-releasing. Shred chicken and enjoy.
This is a super easily and flavorful recipe that is great for meal prepping. If you refrigerate the shredded chicken with a little of the leftover liquid, it gets spicier throughout the week.
