Tuesday, February 3, 2009: It's a little before 12:00 p.m. I just finished my 90 minutes of treadmill. I've become stronger; so today I did 60 minutes at 3.7 mph, level 7 incline, and 30 minutes of 3.6, level 6 incline. I watched the rest of "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly." I really enjoyed it. Great movie! I'm feeling good, feeling strong. I have a good mood, and seem to be totally out of the woods with that bad feeling I had last week. Thank goodness that's over. It was miserable!
I indulged in peanut butter last night but stayed away from any sugar, thanks to the Boot Camp challenge. The PB is high in points, but the calories didn't seem to match that, and I still ended with a small deficit for the day. Today I am going to have to be a little stricter, though, because I want to lose this weight!
Update: I'm writing this Wed. morning. Overate on peanut butter last night. Got rid of the offending article. No more of that. No star for Tues.
