My weight loss has plateaued at 177lbs. The last bit is tough. I have been lifting more now. I have also been running less per week but more miles. I ran a 13 miler last week and felt fine. Then changed to a couple of 5km with no improvement on time there. Also tried dead lift today for first time ever and thinking about asking the trainer to do me a 2 split routine as i will try to go twice a week. Must improve my chin ups and everything really but i want to establish a strength improvement in most things for a few months.
