Wednesday, February 4, 2009: "No more peanut butter" is my new motto. I got rid of it. So things should start to move quite well now. Off to do my treadmill. Will update later. Hope all FS have a great day!
Update at 12:10 p.m.: Just finished my treadmill. Tried to do a little variation. Still went 90 minutes. 5.45 miles total. I went 3.6 mph at level 6 incline. But I threw in some 3.7 at level 7, 3.6 at level 10, 3.7 at level 8, 3.8 at level 8. It felt good to mix it up a bit.
Update: made Thursday morning. Did another pig out last night. Not happy with self. Thinking of moving to Atkins.

I should have that same motto. We have it in the house...in the form of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. So hard to resist, even if I do limit myself to one.

Now, those are not my weakness. I never cared for sweet peanut butter. Oh, what am I saying? I love Reeses pieces. And I love pb&j. But pb and chocolate -- nope! But as a rule, I can't have any really sweet temptation in the house. I'll find some way to abuse it. I'm sad about the peanut butter because I know that in small doses it's healthy. (I always get the one with no additives.) But alas, it is not meant to be. The peanut butter has been relegated to the locked fridge in the garage.

I have to steer clear of the pb too. I have it in the house, because the kids eat lots of it, but I know that I have to stay away from it. Hope you have a wonderful day!! ((HUGS))

Good move getting rid of the peanut butter, besides making you fat it can kill you these days. :-)

Great job with the exercise! I love peanut butter too. I buy the Smuckers Natural PB. I'm pretty good about having just one serving at a time, but once in a while I'll splurge on it which is not so good. :( Good thing you got rid of it if it's tempting you too much!

Locked fridge in the garage, eh? Nice. Maybe PB could be your Reward: only 1 serving? Wonderful keeping up with your workout!

Yup, Deana, my hubby loves sweets and is always buying them. So I asked him to please lock them up somewhere where I can't get them. He'll buy ice cream and cheeses and all kinds of stuff that I don't want around me. So when we got our new house and new fridge a few years ago, we just kept the old fridge. He put a good lock on it, and now I feel safe from all those evil little sweets that he has lurking on the other side of that refrigerator door. LOL!
