Diario de SinaGetsFit, 12 feb. 21

Yesterday I was feeling very stressed and I binged. Afterwards I felt like I was failing myself. I was really not okay.

Today I woke up and decided to starton a new leaf. It's not fair on my mental health to think that I will lose this weight, that I accumulated over 4 years, super easy and super quickly. Right now I want to focus more on unlearning terrible habits and relearning good ones such as kindness and forgiveness towards my own self. My mental state is more important.

Today is definitely a good day. 😊❤️
