Checking out this site as the description of the Android App seemed to be almost exactly what I'm looking for.
I've set a target at 170, which is a big drop from where I am now. I'd gotten back to 219 before lurching up to 235. 240 has been my peak.
At this point I'm trying to keep close to a 2000c diet, as that's about the intake I would need to maintain my target weight once I get there, and I want to just be living the lifestyle that will get and keep me there.
