Diario de loosinisfun, 17 ene. 11

GOOOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN....yeap its monday again...time to get up and going....freezing rain, sleet and possible snow headed this way...hopefully the freezin rain will wait till i get back home from the gym...suppose to warm up thru the day so it will change from freezin rain to just rain as the day goes along..or so they say...2 days of detoxing..has helped the scales...but still up just alittle from all the carbs i ate last week thinkin more carbs would help my body...wrong....well...need to get up an moving...put everything in a bag last night so...all i would have to do is grab it and have everything i needed this morning...well...its that time..need to eat breakfast and get with the program...want to get it over with...gonna try an start doing a 2-3 hour wrkout...try an challange my body every other day...and just one hour the rest of the days...increase the movement...if it was warmer...id be riding my bike for an hour in the morning an getting 10 miles in around town...an then again in the afternoon and getting a shorter route done...so i want to stay in that kind of a workout mode...keep my body toned an ready for spring...just 2 more months...or so...lol...well...have a greatttttttttttt one...catch you all later...

back from gym...hour on no arms elliptical...hill program always..an resistance of 10...then a short break an on the elliptical with arms...half hour on it..tummy is growling...guess that means its hungry again..lol...now for a break and to wait on the rain/freezin rain thats comin...

thats a mighty long workout. good luck with that..i could neer do 3 hours. lol have a great day...looking forward to hearing how it went.

longer workouts always sound so good till you start doing them...1.5 hours is all i could do today at one time..
