Diario de Ginsin, 16 feb. 14

One day melts into another for me. Valentine's crappy food, then mother-in-law made a batch of Pralines (without nuts for ME), couldn't stop eating them. Unfortunately, she doesn't know the etiquette when someone is TRYING to lose weight. Yes, she knows that I am trying to stay away from sugar. That plate sat here all day, and every time I walked by I ate some. Yeah, willpower is just not there this go around. Not sure why. Today while picking up a steak for dinner for my husband, guess what? I got one for me too---I ate what should have been for 2-3 meals for breakfast. Maybe my body just needed it (yeah right!) after all the sugar I have shoved in my mouth for the past two days.

All I can do is get back on track, and not look back.
