My chia seed Peach Premier Protein using 3T chia seeds to a whole 11 oz. carton of Premier Protein didn't thicken up. Maybe I didn't give it enough time. It still tastes good but has lumps of chia seeds. Maybe next time I will use just half a container to 3T chia seeds and let it bloom overnight. I have beef cooking in the crockpot but just put it in about 3 p.m. so it may not be ready for my dinner. I do have left over turkey bacon and Just Egg folded left if need be. It's always good to plan ahead. I was down 4.4 pounds (for 2 weeks) at my official weigh-in accountability this week. I missed last week. Just didn't feel like getting there and was afraid of what the scale would reveal. I can go in daily for free and am considering doing so for the next month or so.

Read the directions for the chia—how much fluid to how much chia and the timing depends on what your goal is, ie. Pudding, milkshake.
